Arizonans can take advantage - day or night - of more than 20 services, such as renewing a vehicle's registration, obtaining a duplicate driver license, obtaining permits, purchasing a specialized license plate, or even registering to vote.

Many of the transactions performed on the site have no additional charges and no convenience fee for online transactions. The only fees that apply are the same ones you would pay when visiting an office - but without the special trip and wait in line.

ServiceArizona was launched in November 1997, long before the Internet was commonly used for conducting business. On the first day there was one online transaction. Today, there are approximately eight million transactions conducted each year on ServiceArizona.com. Not all MVD transactions can be completed online, but the offerings continue to expand, based on new technologies and developments.

ADOT is recognized as a leader across the nation because of its innovative ServiceArizona portal. The website's services have received a 99 percent approval rating by users, and it is rated as a very user-friendly and time-saving tool to conduct motor vehicle transactions and other business needs.
